Bookings
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation by phone or email from Maxi Cabs Brisbane. Online booking requests are not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
Fares
All fares are metered under Queensland Government regulated taxi fares. No surge pricing applies. Fare estimates provided on this website are indicative only. The final fare is determined by the metered distance and any applicable tolls or waiting time charges.
Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible if your plans change. For airport pickups, notify us as soon as you know your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for ensuring the correct number of passengers and luggage items are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline transport if the actual passenger or luggage count exceeds the booked vehicle capacity.
